Additionally, we work with our customers to develop preferred methods of virus prevention on devices, which includes maintaining current versions of antivirus software and keeping hardware and software up to date with cybersecurity best practices.
We conduct phishing exercises, sending out campaigns of varying degrees of convincing emails to assess clients' responses. These exercises collect data on when clients might unwittingly provide compromising information or inadvertently download viruses, ultimately helping to improve awareness and reduce vulnerabilities.
We also follow industry standard practices when installing our hardware and software, from firewalls to well-configured switches, and we implement mandatory password resets and other security measures to protect our clients.
