With custom IDs provided by our clients or through our printing service, we streamline check-in and check-out processes, ensuring that assets are easily tracked as they move between students or employees.

Our process begins by entering each device into an online portal with its serial number and other identifying information, such as a virtual device name. We then print customized labels, including barcodes and QR codes, making it easy to scan devices using a barcode scanner, smartphone app, or just a smartphone camera. Lists of students or employees are imported from the customer’s system, allowing us to seamlessly assign devices. Upon check-in or check-out, users receive an email receipt confirming the device's status.

Our system not only helps track devices in real-time but also provides detailed inventory reports. These include information on lost or retired devices, and it can identify damaged equipment and calculate fines for repairs. This feature is particularly useful for managing fees in bulk or reporting inventory to state agencies.
